Set a Timer

If you want to read in the middle of the night, set an alarm to wake you up so that you can get some rest.

Taking a Look Around. If the book you’re reading isn’t extremely intriguing, you may get dizzy while reading at night.

As a result, it’s preferable to read for a while, take a few minutes to stretch your legs, and then continue to read. The easiest way to achieve this is to choose a time frame.

Night-Reading Class is a good option: If you have a lot of things to keep you distracted at home, such as a phone, video game, or television, it’s a good idea to attend a night study session at school or a public library.
